Cancelling/Rescheduling 

I appreciate that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With notice, I may be able to swap you with someone, or at least be able to give the appointment to someone else.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the cost of your appointment will be due before any other appointments will be scheduled. If you do not notify me, 100 % of the appointment will be due.

 

If I need to reschedule your appointment due to being unwell, your deposit is safe, and every effort will be made to rebook you an appointment ASAP
